Philosophy

Founded in 2003, EurekaWare is dedicated to helping realtors be more productive. The philosophy behind our products comes from a knowledge about what works, and what doesn't, in the field of Customer Relationship Management. Since the initial launch of EurekaWare Add-In for Real Estate, we have gathered feedback from hundreds of realtors. They consistently tell us they love the simplicity and ease of use of our real estate contact management application for Microsoft Outlook. Our two founders have more than 25 combined years in CRM. They know what sales people want in a sales tool: its got to be easy to use, and its got to help you take care of customers. We based our product on Microsoft Outlook because it already serves as the communication hub for so many realtors.
