3.1 Maintenance Release (10/31/2008)

New Features

  • Action Plans: Campaigns were renamed to ActionPlans for clarity.
  • Canned Action Plans: EurekWare now comes standard with some common ActionPlans that you can use for marketing programs and activity tracking.  . 
  • Action Plan Import/Export: Have a great Monthly Drip Markeitng Touch Campaign or a Comprehnesive Closing Checklist? Now you can share it.  EurekaWare let's you import and export Action Plans to XML files that can be shared with other users.
  • Action Plan Sharing Site: EurekaWare now offers a free site to share your ActioPlan and Marketing Template documents. Just upload your favorites and download what you need. EurekaWare has always been a proponent of cost-effective real estate marketing tools. And what is more cost effective than free? 
  • Days Prior:  Action Plan Template field that allows you to specify an event leading up to a special day.
  • Auto Appointments:  Automatically create appointments when the Action Plan is assigned to a contact.  This works like the Auto Email feature.
  • Auto Assign:  Now you can automatically assign activities to your contacts in an Action Plans.When a contact is an activity they receive an email describing the activitiy.  If they use Outlook they can uypdate the activitiy status as well.
  • New Menu Structure:  AMenu structure was reorganized to make it simpler and easier to use.
  • Context Sensitive Help: Help links have been added to all EurekaWare forms.
  • WebLead to Contact - Automatically process new leads from your web site and send them to EurekaWare.  Lear more here: Web To Contact.
  • Option to delete only incomplete Action Plan tasks
  • Individual Convert Contact Button on the Contact record to allow you to convert individual Contacts.
  • Contact Imports. Now you can import contacts, including properties into EukaWare.  This utility allows you to easily import data into any EurekaWare contact field.

 

Fixes

  • Removed red warning on EurekaWare contact forms
  • Switched EurekaWare Menu activation key to Ctrl-U instead of Ctrl-E to avoid conflict with Edit Menu.

  • Document Templates - You can include Campaign Template documents in your Campaign Task.  This gives you the full editing capabilities of Microsoft Word for your Campaign Tasks.
  • Auto Scheduler - Allow user to automatically create an appointment from a Campaign Task.
  • Flexible Due Dates - You can now create a due date based on days out, a specific calendar date, or a special date (birthday, anniversary, listing date, close date). 
  • Annual Recurring Tasks - You can set a task to be annually recurring within one Campaign Template. 
  • View Campaign Templates & Tasks - New menu items to quickly go to Campaign Templates and Campaign Tasks.
  • User Information Fields - You can now include data from your EurekaWare User Information profile in Campaign Templates.
