EurekaWare does not work with Outlook Business Contact Manager. You need to remove Business Contact Manager in order to use EurekaWare.
Remove Business Contact Manager
From the Start Menu, select Control Panel. Click 'Add/Remove Programs', find the entry for Business Contact Manager and click remove.
Disable Business Contact Manager
